Stop backups:
1. Make sure that there are no Altaro jobs running
2. Open Powershell as Administrator
3. type stop-service *altaro*
4. wait 30 seconds
5. type start-service *altaro*
Note: When restarting the Altaro services, the API service is disabled by default so ignore API error messages at the start of the service
of course you can perform what is required at step 3
