IMMEDIATE OPENING: Senior Network / PC Field Service Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general computer hardware, software, and network support
- Provide onsite, remote, phone, and email support on technical questions and issues
- Manage projects and support tickets efficiently
- Develop friendly, professional relationships with clients
- Take the initiative to find solutions to problems and ways to improve clients’ technology
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software
- Work with vendors with warranty, maintenance, and/or repair issues on affected hardware and software
- Upgrade and install software patches and hardware as needed
Technical Requirements
- 8+ years working experience supporting major business applications
- Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows-based servers and PC’s
- Experience with network installation and maintenance, including data recovery, virus protection and spyware/adware removal
- Network connectivity issues including wiring, VPN, and wireless

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able/willing to carry equipment and run network cabling
- Possess a valid driver’s license, have a good driving record and a reliable car
