IMMEDIATE OPENING: Senior Network / PC Field Service Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general computer hardware, software, and network support
  • Provide onsite, remote, phone, and email support on technical questions and issues
  • Manage projects and support tickets efficiently
  • Develop friendly, professional relationships with clients
  • Take the initiative to find solutions to problems and ways to improve clients’ technology
  • Install and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Work with vendors with warranty, maintenance, and/or repair issues on affected hardware and software
  • Upgrade and install software patches and hardware as needed

Technical Requirements

  • 8+ years working experience supporting major business applications
  • Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair
  • Critical thinking, problem solving skills
  • Experience configuring and supporting Windows-based servers and PC’s
  • Experience with network installation and maintenance, including data recovery, virus protection and spyware/adware removal
  • Network connectivity issues including wiring, VPN, and wireless

  • Physically able/willing to carry equipment and run network cabling
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, have a good driving record and a reliable car
